GAA newsboard Hogan Stand report that another young lad has agreed to go to Oz next year for a trial.

17 year old Kyle Coney from the Arboe club in Co. Tyrone confirmed that he has been asked out for a trial in the middle of next year.

The Tyrone senior team manager Mickey Harte is said to be very upset. He has been a very vocal criticof the International Rules concept and Coney was regarded as a certain addition to the Tyrone Senior squad in the next few years

I presume that since you have posted this thread here that this kid is trialing with the Swans.

While we are on the subject, has Brendan Murphy been kidnapped because I've heard absolutely nothing about him since that time trial! Does anyone here ever get down to watch a training session? Just wondering because most of the other club sections seem to have regular training reports/updates.

hey! you blokes have got to come out for a visit to the big smoke... subject to travel visa approval .... Sydney Swans are more covert with publicity than the IRA at their peak.... hard to get any info!

If Tadgh thinks he's a gun... that's good enough for most of us !!!!....we'll wait patiently and not put him under too much pressure or scrutiny!
