Everytime I go shopping and I pick a can of a shelf, milk of the shelf, a packet of something, even the freezer and inside the freezer, I get sharp and loud shocks from static electricity, this has caused me to drop milk, cans, etc, it could get dangerous one day.

To solve this is use my shopping list to pick up my food from the shelves.

Does anyone know why this happens, does it ever happen to them?

It never occured in my whole life up until early this year
