Ah yes fond memories, Deja vu perhaps. Cheers to hoping:thumbsu: (V'sNth rnd 4. 9goal 1stQ)
The Cho and Stewy Edwards were on fire that night ... it was poetry in motion :p

From memory Edwards kicked 3 in the first and 5 for the night .

That was the night a lot of us sat and went Shit!... we're a half decent side

I believe that game was known as D-Day. D for Daffy day as the real Duck (not that guy from Nth) stood up and kicked 6 majors that night. Richo took a screamer over Anthony Rock (poor little guy!). Watch the first 3 qtrs of that game about 34 times a year.... Just brilliant!

I was in the Traditional Richmond Members area Northern stand ground level for that game.

One of the great games.

Richo on fire.

Let's hope we have that same fire in the belly.

Same spot for me too Smasha. We couldn't do a thing wrong that night. Wigney at CHB, cheap frees in the forward line....it was a dream. Healy in commentary: "I bet those late Richmond fans outside the ground can't wait to get inside after hearing that big Tiger roar."

Nice work Hagan, fond memories of that night. :thumbsu:
Ah yes, was a good night. Remember it like yesterday. Funny memory of the night was as I was with some mates and my would be then 7 year old son and at 3/4 time one mate got up and di a big arm stretch and said
"well (hagansbull son) looks like Carey's gunna get a hold of this game" and the said son turned around and hit him in the lower regions. We still talk of that night every time we get together.

Thanks hagans. I was racking my brain trying to remember what year that game was. I was living on the Gold Coast and drinking beer in the atrium bar at the casino, watching this game. Was a ripper for the Tiges! Hope to see a repeat this Sunday, although with two kids now, there'll be less beer drunk.:D

Was a truely great night. Beating North at that stage of that era was no mean feat. Felt 20 feet tall after that game. Backing up again after the Pies game with the little lueutenant. I am expecting to fairly belt out the song this Sunday. Lets do this Tigers!
