Not sure if serious (it's ok if your joking) but it's not really fair on him, his players, supporters or club to walk away now for a few AFL games.

Let him finish the season with Norwood and then apply for the job as the club has a proper search for the coach.

Noble or Jonas would be good options, as neither of them are looking to do the job on an ongoing basis. Much better than allowing Bickley, Hart etc the opportunity to perform an audition of sorts.

Rather than appointing a caretaker coach and developing an emotional connection between him and the fans, we should be spending our time looking for Craig's replacement to take over at the end of the minor round.
