Exactly. 20 years in Aboriginal Affairs and I am very well aware of Sir Doug. But didn't know about him, or the origin of the Aboriginal political movement in Victoria, until I started working. Zilch at school or uni*, for that matter. This round is a small part of advances in Aboriginal reconciliation which hopefully will help improve what kids are taught at school.

Well, better late than never as far as education goes. I think the AFL is doing a fantastic job promoting this round and what it represents. We've come a long way in a relatively short space of time.

That, and I really hope Worsfold stays with Essendon; he, for whatever reason, cannot create a coherent defensive structure at all. Essendon, for whatever their faults, can't seem to create anything other than genuine one on ones inside their attacking fifty.
