Anyong's real name = Hello. Too funny.

That was revealed when he first appeared on the show. That's why he always said his name when anyone mentioned it.He thought they were saying hello to him,so he replied hello.

Back to last weeks episode.Did anyone notice the names in Maebe's address book ?

B.Grazer
P.Hilton
S.Holt [mentioned by George Michael]
R.Howard

An excellent finish to Arrested Development. :thumbsu:

We finally got to see who Gob's religous girlfriend was.It was Ann Veal.
Annyong finally returned.

I liked George Michael's response when his father asked him how long he'd had feelings for Maebe - "about 53 weeks". :D

I nearly died laughing every time they cut to the baseballer :o

the actual ending was a little bit disappointing (although I understand why they left it open), but the whole episode was such quality that I can't be disappointed

GOB and Ann Veal was an absolute killer twist, George Michael was at his brilliantly awkward best, and the scene from Michael/Lindsay's childhood left me with tears rolling down my face (dinner time. we're having 'Lindsay chops'! :D)

absolute cracker of a show that will be oh so sorely missed

Great finish for a great show... though I'll always wonder what else could have happened if it hadn't been prematurely ended... I loved Gob's pick up line to Lindsay, 'Why settle for the best when you can have the rest'... :D Classic

"No, I don't date older woman."
"BASTARD!

Ah, hilarity.

I originally downloaded and watched the last 4 eps in one go when they were aired together all on one night in the US. So much happened that it all seemed so rushed. On a second viewing, the episodes fair better when viewed by themselves. Although, the final episode is a bit rushed (I think it could have had an hour long finale), I think it was still very funny to the end.

One of my favourite lines from the show was when Lindsay was being carried out of Sitwell's office kicking and screaming and Sitwell yells 'be careful!, she's nearly 40!' :D

The episode needed more of G.O.B and Tobias though, perhaps finally big breaks for them or something.

One thing that irked me a bit was the fact that Anne is suddenly so much older than George Michael and it would have made a whole lot more sense to not bother with the 'Lindsay is older than Michael' thing because why wouldn't they just say that G.O.B and Lindsay were twins or not bother at all with the twins thing. I didn't buy that Luccile would let Lindsay grow up thinking she was one of them when she could have tormented her with the fact that she wasn't - or that George Snr. wouldn't have used her adoption out from under the Sitwells as ammo against Stan in his showboating manner. That whole twist could have been better revealed rather than Sitwell just mentioning it as if it was common knowledge, kind of took away from it a bit.

Am I just a nit picking bastard?

Really? And all the guys like her, huh? That is, that is, that is great. Uh, you mean “away,” though, right? Because otherwise it sounds a little different, but, uh, that’s, uh, that’s outstanding. You forgot to say “away” again. But listen, let me call you back in a bit, okay? Bye. [To Lindsay] Nellie has blown them all away.
My equal favourite moment of series 3.

The other, when Tobias' hair transplants see him unable to even stand:

Michael: You should see a booberman.

Tobias: A booberman?

Michael: Oh sorry, I mean 'Doctor'. It's a British expression. Like they say "go up box" instead of elevator.

Tobias: Ah yes, like they say "****ter" to mean tourist.

What was the name of Gob's boat [C-Word] suppose to mean ?
Don't know why they went back to spelling it that way.

During an episode in an earlier season, GOB bought a boat called "The Sea Word". Might remember the gag they did on it:

Michael (to GOB) : Get rid of "The Sea Word"
Lucille: I'll leave when I'm good and ready.

Loved the 'risky business' party at the office and the bloke comes out dressed like Tom Cruise in the undewear and shades.

Michael: Perhaps you can tell me how you can afford a boat.
G.O.B.: You mean on the, uh, paltry $1,500 a week you give me?
Michael: Uh, I give you $500 a week.
G.O.B.: Yeah, well, somebody’s drawing a little “one” on those checks.

-----

Tobias: Although, perhaps I should call the “Hot Cops” and tell them to come up with something more nautically themed. Hot Sailors. Better yet, Hot Seam...
Michael: I like Hot Sailors.
Tobias: Hmm. Me, too.

---

G.O.B.: Don’t worry. I didn’t fight back or anything. I was, like, “Oh, no, take the yacht. Please don’t hurt me.” You know, just build up the little guy’s self-esteem.

But my fave line of the night had to be:

Lucille: Ah. This is why they dropped those other charges. You gave me up, George.
Oscar: George? I’m not George. George invited me. Oh, stupid. Oscar, when are you going learn there’s no such thing as free shrimp?

Classic show. Can't wait to get the DVDs, some of the jokes are so subtle you don't pick them up until your third or fourth viewing.

Lucille : "Can you guys shovel hot coal ?"
Narrotor : "I'm not even going to tell you what they thought that mean't"

:D

That was odd.Weren't they suppose to be the same age [15] or maybe she was even suppose to be slightly younger than George Michael ?
Suddenly she's aged like a character from US soapie.

the age of consent in California is 18, so they would have had to change her age to avoid portraying GOB as a pedophile

but the whole Holy Trinity joke was great

Narrator: 'GOB thought she meant a three-way...'

*slap!*

Narrator: 'she didn't'

They could have had GOB find out she was underaged and say 'I've made a huge mistake' then have George Michael say 'did you do 'things' with her??' GOB answer 'i did..' then have Ron Howard say 'he didn't.' ;) :thumbsu:
