He has form in a different space - he was accused of being one of the “racists” in the Azeem Rafiq Yorkshire situation. Incidentally so was Hoggy.
Accused isn't "form". Nor is it guilt.

Vaughan repeatedly and vehemently denied it and was CLEARED by an ECB hearing.

Sorry mate, but I genuinely hate the automatic "racist" dog whistling. It's nasty piece of mud you can't unthrow when untrue. Especially when it's been used as a bridge to "Indecent assault".

Labs ton today for qld good to see
Also made 64 and 67no in the two pre season innings he batted in against Tasmania last week, one in a 50 over match and the other in a 3 day red ball hit out. Hopefully will give him a bit of confidence going in to the shield in a few weeks.

I take drugs
i knew it matthew perry GIF

Why no sharing teammate?

kurtis patterson averages 144 at test level, we better drop steve smith for him because his numbers are better

stuart law was never dismissed in his entire test career, guess hes the best batsman of all time

Stuart law averaged zero. Dreadful

English squad.
Fantasic that they haven't picked a left arm spinner thought leach would play...we struggle against Left arm spin

Looking forward to seeing our lads feast on Bashir pies

and before you say...yes bethell bowls slow left arm...but he is not really a frontline spinner yet

Being realistic, they should finally at least be competitive and win a test after going 0-13 since 2010/11.

The hubris is building though. Yeah the current Australian side is rapidly heading towards its sunset but there's still a lot of quality in the XI.

The only issue is the top order really. Someone 4-6 will usually make runs (hard when you're often 2 for 30), Carey solid as a rock with gloves and bat, Lyon keeps getting written off but still can get wickets from days 1-5. Quicks are elite plus we have cover, they're very durable but getting older of course.

Slips/gully catching and fielding should be better than England, our tailenders seem to always get it done. Hopefully a decent series for Khawaja, think his partner is going to struggle whoever it is, if Green can lock down 3 and get some runs it might be the key.

Aside from night watchmen and the likes of O'Keeffe opening, who was the last player to bat in the top order in tests without a FC century?

Leach is still (for all his critics) by far the best spinner in England but he'll never play tests again under this regime.
