The worst thing that can happen now is to finish with more than 4 wins, retain about 8-11 players that arent up to it and are old, and not trade players with some value for more picks like moore, foley, tuck who have shit footskills.

Sure, keep telling yourself that. Every premiership side in one way or another has tanked to win flags. Geelong recieved father-son picks and got lucky in one draft. Hawks tanked/traded for picks, STK tanked, Brisbane inherited a gifted flag, Carlton tanked and are looking at success, West coast tanked too and are doing it again. Wake the **** up, we must tank.

Isn't that they can take anyone Australia wide? Even if this is right, not many 17 year olds would take up the offer (or rather be allowed by their parents).

2. 2010 NAB AFL Draft:

GC17 to have Pick One in Each Round.

GC 17 to have Picks 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 in Round One.

3. 2009 NAB Rookie Draft:

GC17 to have Selections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

4. 2010 NAB Rookie Draft

GC17 to alternate Queensland priority selections with Brisbane Lions. GC17 to have first selection.

5. Zoned Access

GC17 to have zoned access to up to five Queensland players prior to each of 2010, 2011 and 2012 NAB AFL Drafts.

I believe the AFL lifted the minimum draft age this year so the draft pool will only be made up of 9 months worth of players instead of 12.

Still a compromised draft.
