6-0 in the third down to Muller. FFS, Matosevic has more heart in his pinky finger than Tomic has in his whole body (And Tomic has more talent in his pinky finger than Matosevic has in whole body, yeah, yeah..) What a digusting result, it's the manner that shits me.
Totally agree, disgusting third set, I can just imagine the pitiful 'effort' Bernie put up in that set. He's got to get his head sorted or he will indeed be another Scud. :(

Azarenka! Phew!! Bathel is very promising and I can't believe they've played each other 3 times already this year!!

Great results for Jarka and Matosevic. :thumbsu:

Can't wait for tomorrow!!! Better be Goodall, Koenig and Adler!!

I knew Wickmayer had a solid result at Paris, she has actually has a solid year, that's a great win for Jarka, cheers didak :thumbsu:

Did he just give up in the third?
Go Marinko!!

6-0 in the 3rd set suggests he served the ball and didn't bother moving to the next ball against a guy like Muller.

Drummond, I read on MTF that Goodall won't be at Indian Wells :(

What?! No!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :( Is it just IW that he's missing or won't he be part of the MS tournaments this year???

Better not be Kevin Skinner hosting it, then I'll lose it! Hopefully we at least get the other two guns.

Great result from Matty. Hopefully there'll be some highlights. Also saw Stosur just got up as well.

Edit: and **** the people at mtf who bag Ebden. Just because a guy doesn't have as much evident talent as some, it doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to be top 100. He obviously worked very hard to get there and its a shame people like Bernie don't have the same mindset.

Great result for Ebden, needed this sort of week to make sure of his place in the top 100 for a little while. Fish/Seppi playing now to see who he plays.

Roddick fought hard but was a bit lucky to get out of the match with Kbot. Djokovic looked alright in his first match he won comfortably.

Matosevic's match with Del Potro is first up on Stadium 1 tomorrow.

To be honest every player is bagged on MTF to some degree. I have a decent amount of respect for Ebden so good on him.

Will be getting up tomorrow at 6 to watch Matosevic get smashed.:p Watched Roddick and Kubot epic choke from Kubot at 6-4 5-4 serving for the match. Gasquet lost to Ramos 3-6 7-5 6-1 after being up 6-3 5-3 40-30 on his own serve. Good scorline for Sam. Lisicki lost to an out and out clay courter so she is out of Sams section.

Lisicki is such a headcase, it'd be nice if she could get it together because then she'd be close to being a top 10 staple.

Major lulz at Gasquet, lost 9 straight games.

Even more major lulz at the 3rd round matchup between Ramos and Andjuar, on a hardcourt!

Just a heads up, with daylight savings happening, Matosevic's match will be at 5am

Apparently Federer has the virus too, although he managed to get through his first round match okay.

Raonic is a good chance in the 3rd round if Federer is not well.

Can't believe Murray lost. Not a good sign for him. Nole will be happy.

Meanwhile, Kvitova gets taken down by McHale. McHale impressive.

Damn, another tournie for Azarenka.

Anyway, Jarka lost the first set 6-2 to Hampton, which makes me inclined to think Wickmayer had an absolute shocker against her, not so much that Jarka necessarily improved. Of course there is no stream so I can't say for sure.

And far out, what happened with Murray? Is he starting his post AO slump a bit later this year?

Matosevic lost this morning 7-5, 6-2 to Del Potro. Matosevic was arguably the better player for most of that first set. Was the best tennis I had seen him play, sure Del Potro was struggling but looked comfortable out there until 5-5 and then fell apart in he game. Forehand simply has to improve to get to the top 100 but no doubt he is riding a wave of confidence, hopefully he can qualify in Miami (I assume he'll be there).

Missed most of the other matches today, Jarka's result is just downright sad. But not too much of note, the Federer/raonic match is going to be all sorts of awesome.

Ebden's match with Fish is 3rd on Stadium 2 tomorrow, so that means it'll be streaming tomorrow. Can't understand Harrison/Garcia-Lopez is the night match.

I love this tournament. Watched a ton of matches yesterday, started with Isner, then Roddick who somehow escaped Kubot who pretty much choked. Hadn’t been broken all day then serving for the match he gets broken to love. Yeah, that’s a choke.

Then watched Djokovic who I thought was okay but obviously well below his best. I’m not sure he has the same focus and determination that he had this time last year, I remember the incredible start he had to Indian Wells last year dropping only like 5 or 6 games through his first three matches.

Then watched Fish, who defeated Seppi after he had to retire in the second set. Fish was playing pretty well though and would’ve won easily. Then Harrison/Troicki, fun match, Fungus Murphy having his mic go on and off throughout the match, having to yell the score. :p Harrison is one of my favourites, love his upside and his attitude, he’s an amazing defender on the tennis court and he has a very fundamentally sound game. I just wish he’d flatten out his forehand more often and take a few more risks. When he started doing that in the second set after he was in front in the match and was full of confidence, he started hitting with more aggression and it paid off. Less top spin, more bite. Funnily enough for an American I think he’ll be a good clay court payer.

Up to Murray, heard he lost which will be amazing to watch. :D Then will start todays.

Matosevic did alot better then i epexcted. The only match i watch was a bit of Nadal's he looked very very sharp. Hopfully he can take it out. Jarka was down 2-6 1-5 and lost 6-2 6-7 6-2. Dissapointing. Stosur is first on centre court tomorrow with the re match of there US Open match with Nadia Petrova. Poor night session tomorrow with Arvidsson Vs Wozniacki and Garcia-Lopez Vs Harrison. I actually though Stosur Vs Petrova would have been the night session match and Berdych Vs Roddick. Am at work tomorrow so will record matches and watch some of them.

If you can, try to watch that first set. MM played some real solid tennis in there, it impressed. Probably a case of a guy high on confidence though.

Sam's match on Eurosport at 5am, not really looking after the Australian viewers, organisers... :p:D

Ok interesting results this morning so far:

Ebden got through 6-3, 6-4. Ebden played alright but honestly I have seen him play better, he was a bit too defensively minded but that is his game style and Fish was just blasting errors all over the place. Highest ranking win for Ebden, he was very delighted with the win obivously and now faces Isner in the 4th round. Fish is undoing his good work from the last 18-24 months both game and personality wise.

Stosur lost in a close one sadly 6-1, 6-7, 7-6. Saved a match point in the 2nd but the 3rd couldn't get it done. Didn't see it but I would imagine it was a mess, will go through the highlights later on the IQ but very disappointing, at least she's not defending much here.

Roddick/Berdych about to start. And Djokovic was solid today in his win over Anderson and I think the ATP website should place him in the quarters automatically. Just look at who he is playing.
