India are 2/128 - 350 behind Australia.
The problem with Australia is their newfound inability to get 20 wickets and they will have to get 18 in three days in order to level the series.

Is it going to be up to Hilfenhaus to get most of the wickets?

Will be interesting to see how the debutant Peter George does.
Then what is Ponting going to do with spin? If Hauritz doesn't work, how much will he use North and Clarke?

Can't wait to see the day unfold.

Yeah we really stuggle to take the required wickets. Hauritz has got to go, he is listless. I hope he doesn't take any wickets because he needs to be put right out of the frame for the Ashes.

We have a good pace attack.

Bollinger and Siddle are solid and improving openers.Hilfy is a great bowler, underrated could be a real long term gem for us. And I rate Johnson as well, he leaks runs but if someone like Hilfy is bowling at the other end he is a good wicket taking option.

Johnson has to be used wisely. There are certain batsmen that can't play him (i.e. Dravid). We have to figure out which English batsmen stuggle against him early.

We don't have a spinner so dont play one.

mcgrath and warne dont come around too often

always gonna struggle after they retired

Hilfenhaus is a gem, if he gets injured again we are in real trouble.

Johnson... so hard to judge, he bowls so much shit, but he produces some gems every now and again. Always in the wickets and has those occasional awesome days. Deserves his spot.

Last fast bowler spot to either Siddle or Bollinger. Neither particularly fill me with confidence, but theres noone else. George is still very raw, maybe someone like Cutting?

Spin bowling is a weakness, Hauritz was pretty good against the Paki's, but does that mean anything? Has been totally ineffective against the Indians, he'll keep his spot for the Ashes, but poor performances in a losing side and Smith will be in.

Our bowling just isn't good enough and today showed this for all to see - albeit the pitch was a shocker for any bowler.

I just wish Ben Hilfenhaus could pick up more wickets. God knows, he deserves them. He is the leader of the attack for my money.

So it was a pretty lackluster day. I can't see Australia winning the Test match from here. The time they need to get a decent score - takes away from the time they need to get 10 wickets.

Ben Hilfenhauss is the leader of our bowling attack whilst the rest of the bowling attack is a joke. You can blame the selectors and Tim Nielsen for this.

Gee, Mitchell Johnson is an overrated bowler who is only suited to Australian and South African conditions. He struggles on English wickets and he does not swing or seam the ball on batsmen favoured pitches.

Nathan Hauritz is a complete joke to all of the off spin bowlers in Australia. Any off spin bowler could claim a bag of 5 wickets against Pakistan last year.

I think the Ricky's decision to stick with Hauritz will leave a huge cross on his captaincy record. Ricky would have been better off by ringing up an ex-Australian journalist who resided in Tasmania to bowl off spin for Australia!!

Give it a break, Johnson has got eight wickets in this not yet finished 2 match series. And his record in one dayers in India is not bad at all. I don't understand him at all, but he does take wickets. He's not good under pressure but I'm not sure that any of our bowlers are. It's just more noticeable with him as he can't hide anything.
