How good was Leconte as a player?

Solid journeyman top 20 player - made a slam final - maybe somewhere between say berdych and Simon?

There isn't anyone currently playing professional tennis with the potential to be better than Djokovic, or get the better of him H2H. He'll be number one for a good 3-4 years yet.

Unless Milos steps up...and perhaps Kygrios will calm down and play some decent tennis

So good that we have the world's greatest comedian who dabbles in tennis on court

:drunk:

This is why the crowd wanted Federer to take it to a 5th. Surely they could of put a game on that meant something like a doubles.

Stubbs getting a bit carried away.

Is their prizemoney for this farce!?

To who? Hacks like Soderling and Gonzalez. Whoopdy doo.

Hope you dont stalk women like you stalk me...jeezus christ.

Soderling was a good player, unfortunately he ended up getting sick and will never play again

Except things can change quickly. I seem to recall people predicting the same things about Rafa and how many slams he would win etc. And people can emerge -even Kyrigios, if he gets it to together could challenge Joko by this time next year for instance.

Nick has no chance. He hits big but is still too inconsistent. I can't see him beating Djoko in a slam in the next 3 years. His best shot, his serve will get nullified- I'd back Novak to serve more aces than Nick in that match up.

Not sure Kyrgios will be seriously competing with Djokovic next year but you are right that many were tipping Nadal to surpass Federer especially at the end of 2013 during his remarkable comeback from serious injuries.

If Rafa continues going towards a downward spiral I think Federer and Djokovic will be more highly rated come the end of their careers.
