Wow, there's more trolling going on here than the three Billy Goats Gruff.
I'd like to extend my sympathies to all the decent Saints supporters for the loss tonight.
Admitedly I was cheering for Sydney, but I have a lot of respect for a number of your players, most of all Robert Harvey. It was hard seeing him walk off the ground like that for the second year in a row.

I 2nd that. You were scuppered by injuries this year. Saints will be up there again next year. Good side. Lot of anti-Thomas feeling around. I don't buy it. he got you into tyhe top 4. Can't be all that bad. I really feel for Robert Harvey. Should be inducted into the Hall of Fame BEFORE he retires.

Bad luck Saints, you would have won tonight had your side been at full strength and uninjured. Your side is on the verge of greatness. I can see the Saints doing what the Kangaroos did in the 1990's - make seven prelims in a row, for three Grand Finals and two flags. Your drought is close to an end, so keep the faith.

Yeah real bad luck guys. In '66 was a young green kid just down from Sydney and didn't understand - barracked for the team "who usually won".
In '97, i was peed off on my team not making it and thought an SA team deserved it for good of game.
But this year I was all on youse and your time seemed right.
Like Paul Roos as a guy, but hate his coaching, it would have been a better GF if you guys had of been there.

Best of luck for next year

Bad luck. I was barracking for you as I like your side and I like Thomas and I would have been baracking for you in the GF if you won. You'll be back, I know what it's like(1996 and 1999) and you have the personnel to keep coming back hard unlike the Collingwood sides of 2002/2003

Unlucky to all you Sainters, very sad watching the great Robert Harvey walking off the ground. Don't worry you guys will have your day, you have just too many stars not to.

I believe some days things just fall into place and other days they don't. This applies to sport, life, everything. Things are decided by inches, seconds, bounce of the ball etc. Like accidents being a matter of a couple of metres either way.
If the rub of the green is against you, or your team, on a particular day, no amount of endeavour, effort or anything else will make one iota of difference.
In other words, if it aint your day, it aint your day.

Sometimes, when my psychic antenna are tuned in, the vibes are picked up.
Adelaide was felt as a win. Last night was a loss as far as I was concerned about last tuesday.

It's very rarely been our day.
