i thought, according to this board, that any niggling tactics by *scraggers* was okay and just another facet of the evolving game.

I thought Rix was the man who scragged Stokes, that's why noone shook his hand after the final siren according to what other posters have said.

Baker has been Gazzas nemesis for a few years but Gazza would have to be declared the winner last night.

Baker is what he is - a tagging, scragging little worm. No doubt has little man syndrome too. His game is entirely based around workrate and endeavour, as he has no skill.

It gave me immense, joyous pleasure to watch little Gazza rip that piece of scum apart. Brilliant.

Agree with you there Partridge,will give Gazza tremendous confidence as he will be playing midfield more and more as his career continues.

We discussed this at the game yesterday, I thought before the game that Baker presented a significant challenge for Ablett. Over his career he's been nullified by Baker, sometimes he's done OK. Given his brilliant form this year it was a very good chance to see how far Ablett has really come, and if he has what it takes to be a permanent midfielder.

After yesterday I reckon tick every box. Fantastic to see.

Neither Ablett nor Stokes in my book is likely to play-act the way some do. I've always disliked Baker and dislike him even more after yesterday - I agree that Ablett showed him up as a negative duck-ar**d little sh#t
