Basically pictures of me and my memorabilia. My scarf and hat. I don't think many hawthorn supporters would have a lot of sydney items....what other kinds of photos can you provide?

This, I agree with.I'm sure they'll find ways. Just all the new posters touting tickets and the likes doesn't sit right with me tbh. No harm in looking out for some of the regulars.
Trust me, If I had a spare ticket, I would never be willing to give it to a Hawks fan, under certain circumstances of course.Basically pictures of me and my memorabilia. My scarf and hat. I don't think many hawthorn supporters would have a lot of sydney items.

I completely understand this but luckily for you and the rest of the board I am not a hawks supporter. I'm a swans supporter through and through!!Trust me, If I had a spare ticket, I would never be willing to give it to a Hawks fan, under certain circumstances of course.
Yeah just be careful giving out your barcode that's all. Personally id give mine to a regular but thankfully we all have tickets.
Did swansfan51 get one, the curmodgeonly bastard? he'd be top of my list
What sort of proof would be adequate?

I just got my MCC restricted membership this year and i am a 19 year old at uni, living in an apartment who has a job at safeway. I'm a bit low on cash atm. So a swans membership was a bit out of the question. Please guys if anyone does send me a Barcode i can message them photos of me with all my swans memorabilia and scarfs etc.

Yea thats a good point. But i don't pay for each game individually. I recieved my MCC in August. I didn't want to let the opportunity slip after waiting 19 years. In hindsight yes I probably should've bought a Swans membership but now i've learnt my lesson and I will be buying my Membership every year now!I am a 21 year old male who is supporting a 74 year old father and an 18 year old younger by paying all of the bills/ rent in the house.
I never seem to have a heap of cash... But I still was able to buy two memberships this year on month by month repayments.
Unlike memberships to Melbourne based clubs, Ours are relativly cheap and will only put you back about 100-150 dollars... (In fact thats so cheap a Collingwood supporter could afford it on their centerlink payments).
Some supporters aree unlikely (I.E Swan's supporters that live in Adelaide, Perth or Queensland can't get grand final preference unless they pay for the premium membership).
So the fact you live in Melbourne... really gives you no excuse to not buy a membership... especially as it would of been the cheaper way to go to games... rather than paying for each game individually.
3 posts << a user with far more posts, or who signed up before we made the GF. This is not a scalping thread, it is for those who are committed Swans fans who didn't buy a membership.Adelaide Swannies fan here : I know this is wishful thinking, but if any one has spare tix/barcode .. Am prepared to pay fair price...
Cheers and go the Bloods !!![]()

The still beating heart of a hawthorn supporter.
Seriously though... I'm not really sure. If it was me, I'd be able to provide a picture of myself surrounded with swans gear and memorabilia, or ticket stubs from past grand finals/games I'd attended.
I'm not suggesting people who've only signed up recently are necessarily Hawks supporters. I'm sure most of you are genuine. I'm just saying people need to be careful.[/quoThe still beating heart of a hawthorn supporter.

Sorry mate, I was more 'generalising', all I'd say is there are regular posters on BF who are wanting tickets, they'd be the first priority. Good luck anyhow.Danz4 : Not a scalper mate, signed up a while ago on this board.... Never posted just read posts... If you dimiss my post as a scalper, I cant stop that...Hence who why I put "Wishful thinking" in my statement... Anyway, just thought i'd ask... (Thats what I thought this thread was for)... :/
We only played one game at the MCG this year.
We played the rest of our games in Melbourne at Etihad stadium...
And waiting 19 years? Where were you in 05?
How about these pics I posted up from the other day: http://www.bigfooty.com/forum/threa...ey-v-collingwood.971432/page-30#post-25745589The still beating heart of a hawthorn supporter.

Thanks mate... But with Hawthorn making into the GF.. Us interstaters are having trouble finding GF tix... And yeah I acknowledge that the more posts one has the more priority that they will have... Looks like 7am out the front of the G is my best bet !!Sorry mate, I was more 'generalising', all I'd say is there are regular posters on BF who are wanting tickets, they'd be the first priority.
