It does actually look like the fist hit his chest first and then slid up. I suspected that was the case when watching the replay and that 2nd pic seems to suggest that might be the case. We could have a case to argue but either way, it was stupid and he deserves a holiday.

It does, but he's gone and hopefully for no more than 2 (has carry over points but not sure how many). It's a shame you can't retaliate, even though he blocked the elbow from Rutten...and what about the 'interesting' post match banter between Rutten and Hall (apologies if this has been spoken about)?

Mummy always says if the other boy does something mean when the teacher isn't looking, the worst thing you can do is do something back when the teacher IS looking. Hall needs to talk to my Mummy.

No way the chest my arse,that's why i asked why Dani was showing them,he hit him straight in the chin,no mistake,you can see his intent in his eyes in those pics,i will back at least four week's,i love the bloke but look's like our trip won't see him playing once again.

If it was another player with a clean record I reckon it would be worth a reprimand. Considering Barry's record I think 2 weeks would be fair.

You could definitely argue reckless. His fist hits the chest first, you see his jumper move with the fist. Not sure if it would work, but you never know. He recklessly slammed his fist into Rutten, and happened to catch his chin amongst other things. Hey, I'd buy it!

If you look closely, Rutten clearly takes out a crow bar and bashes Hall in the head while swearing at a child and killing a bunny rabbit.

2,3,4,still no value,to us,wonder what Roo's truly think's of him,as i said in an earlier post,love his hardness but today was shit,and no value to us as a club.whether it's rebuilding or trying to make the the final's.
