And once again, where we differ (in a game like this anyway with no silencing/blackmailing role) is that I view it as upto other people to be active, not upto us actives to slow down. I am not stopping anyone from thinking or replying. But all those lurkers/hiders . This is about the only type of thread where I post prolifically...because unlike say the SC or the SFA or even general boards where what we say is redundant, this game relies on engagement/participation not people checking out.

I know we differ. That's why these games are so fun, because everyone has their own style. My only argument would be that yes, you're not actively stopping people from thinking/replying, but 200 posts before Day 2 is even close to finishing DEFINITELY makes me not want to post at times. Yep, because you're a lurker yourself. The strategy works- others have mentioned your win rate so I won't repeat it

My approach is to punish lurkers. I combine that with activity to discourage what you see as hiding and I see as lurking.

Again, I might've been misleading with that. When I said "someone said that", I didn't mean you in a snarky way, but just literally someone said that (and I couldn't remember who).

Not sure I understand why MWPP can be accused of going so hard but the rookie gets defensive, has a bit of a melt and apparently proves to almost everybody on the board, they're evil.

I don't know whether JHF is lying or not but I do remember being a rookie and melting more than once when I was being lynched as a simple villager, so I'm not prepared to say a bit of a melt is proof of much.

I’m basing my vote on the fact that WAbulldog said he wasn’t successful on his action with him and MC Bad Genius as well as his posts along the last two days. That’s my reasoning.

Truth be told he’s probably an innocent villager that’s been melting for no valid reason but it’s really weird.

a) JHF would most likely be targeted,
b) It would create some Day 2 sparks if someone did try to kill him, and
c) It would be good to see how a newbie responds to that kind of pressure

I guess that boils down to "for my own personal entertainment".

I like the way we pretty much started the day with 3 outed night immune (you, MWPP and JHF) and now we're down to zero. Tarks fibbed on MWPP, and you're claiming doc (which is believable) and that you protected JHF (which is less believable).
