Now, we'll need a few things to go right in the off season, but i think this is a team that could get us into the top 4, assuming we dump Buckley and get Clarkson in.

I don't think club will sign aish

I don't want the club to sign Aish (unless it's for peanuts) because he's not going to push any of Adams, DeGoey, Treloar (if we're lucky enough to get him) or Crisp out and I don't want Aish holding out He-Man either if/when they can get that effing hammy of his right next year.

I'd be looking to somehow to keep our first rounder (unlikely) or move back up into that sort of range via trade to get Weideman (or a similar KPF prospect) rather than try to cram in *another* medium midfielder when we've got plenty of them. I was also thinking about the what-if's regarding Cam McCarthy because he would be an *ideal* get, but that's probably wishful thinking as well (especially if we somehow manage to snag Treloar).

We've got a lot of blokes who can get the ball, but not a lot of blokes coming through who can finish off the work up the ground at the moment (none of our young mids really look like the type that'll hit the scoreboard regularly year after year), if you're gazing into the crystal ball and looking 4-5 years into the future.
