Hard to name just one. Alway's loved his first single "Maybellene" with the distorted guitar intro. Of course "Johnny Be Goode" which would be the most influentual song in rock history.

Had some great muso's in his band's as well, Johnnie Johnson, Willie Dixon, Fred Belew etc.

Has anyone else noticed the sameness in structure and tempo of just about all of his songs? For this reason, you could name just about any of his songs as being his best. Call me cynical, but I reckon he stole a riff from Johnny Johnson, found he was unable to improve on it, so just kept using it.
