Best program to hide my IP?

I want to use a website called pandora.com, it's pretty awesome but it's restricted to US IP's only. I tried HotSpot but it's slow and when I tried to use it to watch programs they never loaded.

Anyone know of a free program that hides your IP? Please post here or send me a PM.

Not working for me When I use it I keep getting told to download flash player, even though I already have it.
