Im not buying the players are shit;

Vicario is an Italy international
Van De Ven is a Dutch international starter next to Virgil Van Djik
Christian Romero is the Argentine captain,
Kevin Danso has 30 international caps for Austria
Udogie is an intelian international... when fit
Paulina is a Portuguese international

the list goes on.. most are in and around ones countries international set up

We are so shit. We have no ambition and no identity. Frank just keeps spouting cliches that the media wants to hear.
Give me the abrasive, ambitious, slightly chaotic, Ange with a plan any day of the week.
read twitter earlier and this was a reoccurring theme with appointments (mis)aligning with the scouting. This makes the Ange Trophy so much more inspirational with how few were appointments he wanted (how many would you say were up to him?)

The thing with Ange is he was used to teaching the attacking style at lower levels. These PL players are in the top 1% so they all can do what he is asking them. There were gaps in some of their games and the overall setup. But you could see how quickly they took it on and felt at ease with it.

Much harder to teach these guys whatever it is frank is trying to do.

I have often thought something similar. Frank is the top, the head of this group, it is his ability to get the players to buy in and do what he is asking. If this is it then it is a shambles and he needs to go because it is simply not working

It’s not necessarily an Ange thing.
But he had ambition and you knew the direction he was trying to take the club, both on and off the field. And he made it clear how he was going to do it. I want another manager like that.

I have no idea what Frank is trying to do…aside from appease the owners/board and keep his job.

I wonder if we will get to see a Frank team with Madison, Kulu, Solanke all available? Quite spursy to get the sack without ever having your existing core of good attacking talent available.

Regardless I still can't see how we significantly improve with them available based on what we're seeing elsewhere on the pitch.

The thing with Ange was his ambition, he often said we were good enough and as much as supporters didnt want to, they believed. That belief clearly carried us through Europe and we won the cup.

Now it is deflection and clumsy and poor takes about why we are where we are. Ange owned what he was doing

McGregor signing confirmed by club. Makes sense to replace Bentancur and he is more dynamic.

Doesn't totally excite me and think we overpayed with the engilish player tax but nothing to melt over.

Would still love another winger.

i wonder if this was an opportunistic buy, the opposite to the Johnson sale. Right place, right time. We cashed in at the chance

Richarlison out for two months with a hamstring injury.

Lucky for him, by the time he returns he will probably still be our highest goalscorer in all comps.

Surely the result now is irrelevant, another shit performance at home and especially the first half lucky to still be within reach
Winning now just proves how bad wham are, nothing to do with any visible improvement by Tottenham
