As a blanket rule, I suggest any manager should be given at least 18 months in any gig.

However I can see Frank not lasting much longer if we don't get some results in January. If we dont win beforehand and then don't get a result against Burnley, Levy could/would have pulled the trigger I feel.

Frank preaches patience and time but there needs to be evidence of a style that is going to work. Or at least showing what your team will be and that needs to be shown quicker than 20 gw's

Poch didn't hit the ground running with a style but by about November/December he had his bomb squad gone and youth in. And within a month you saw it. Wasn't perfect but you can see a direction.

We are 20 league games in and im more lost now by what we are trying to do than any other time before. Even Sherwood you could see a plan in action

I know we all want to go after Johanne Lange (via Levy and Paratici) but the heat clearly needs to come on the S&C or whatever you want to call the fitness department in England

For Solanke to have a "knock", for Kulu to have a "knock" and then miss so much football is just not on. Throw in Udogie's inability to stay fit for 8 weeks straight, forgive my hesitation on us being able to keep VDV fit and healthy, to keep Kudus fit again.

Frank is a dead set terrible coach, only interested in dragging a result, no interest in developing players. This is what the board wanted after Ange so I'm also happy it's blowing up this bad. Atleast hire a manager with the same sort of philosophies for continuity
