Biggest improvers for 2008

Hartlett, Hampson, Murphy, Gibbs, Pfieffer and Lukey Blackwell (yep blackers...you'll see).

Hartlett could be huge for us this year. If he stays on the park and performs then we'll be a much stronger side than without him.

im hoping your right, i have been talking him up all last year and throughout the preseason, really hope he can get a game or two and build some confidence so that we can all see his full potential

Blackwell is an interesting one ...

at times he looks fantastic, but then he can drop his head (as most young guys tend to do).

FWIW I don't think I've seen a game where he has done nothing.

wont have any hesitation on place a $100 flutter on Grigg to win the Rising Star this year. Knows how to get the footy, knows what to do with it my only concern is his execution some of the time but that will improve.

carrots lifted his game on got over 50 toches in the 2s and he has turned out alright since then, so if blackers manages to get a few 50+ games he might have the bnf next year
