Ryder has improved his leap immeasurably since draft camp.

ryder wins standing jump by 2cm, loses running jump by 7cm, wins 20m by 0.06 sec, wins agility by 0.17 sec, loses beep test by 0.9, win 3km by 10 sec. You could give the pionts to ryder but really neither did anything to write home about, but did they push themselves?????????
