Billy Idol - What a tool!

Have always liked his music but seeing him on The Panel on Wednesday night confirmed my suspicions that he is a right arseh*le.

For those who didn't see it they had to cut his appearance bit short because he was being an idiot and basically giving one word answers or just swearing and seemed like he thought he was too good to be there, telling the panelists they should be asking him better questions.

Not only that but in between getting up to do his music bit he, for no particular reason, poured his glass of water and ice over Tom Gleisner's (sp?) head whilst he was trying to read out Billy's tour dates. Not only that but then he continued to rub ice into an obviously infuriated Gleisners cheeks whilst he continued with the rest of the tour dates.

I thought Tom did a great job of staying professional and composed when I would have decked the little twirp.

At least he provided a little bit of much needed spark on that show. Boring as hell these days.

The Panel seems to have lost it.

Perhaps Billy saw a video of Iggy Pop on Countdown and tried to upstage that.

but seriously they were asking stupid questions...water shortage etc. I mean he is a Rock star not a ****in municipal corporation head...you've gotta be kiddin'!!

I think the panel made a fool of themselves I tought Billy Idol did OK

Nah, you need to get him the way he got them.

Since he went on their show and treated them like ****, Tom should have just stopped reading the tour dates.

All he wanted out of it was publicity, so the only thing you can do to **** him off is to refuse to give it to him. Just turn around and tell them to go to commercial break...

I watched the end of the panel and saw Billy do this. Tool. But yeah self PR was his main priority.

I don't watch this dribble no more as I cant stand Kate Lambroke (sp). It infuriates me when she ask really dumb questions or when you can hear her replying or acting really dumb to trivial facts.
