A. Puma didn't design the Ochre, the club did.
B. Puma did a great job with the colours on the ochre.
C. THE OCHRE IS THE GREATEST GUERNSEY EVER CREATED.

Puma most certainly did design The Ochre.

“We then had Puma, our suppliers, and their international team of designers put together about 20 different designs. We narrowed that down to about six, took them around the schools and asked which one they liked."

There are photos of players wearing ISC hoodies and jackets, as well as using ISC bags, including new draftees. It seems that BLK have only sent the club training tshirts/singlets/shorts, polos, caps, and a couple of back packs.

Richmond also gone from the BLK site since the Puma announcement.

They still have the dogs there

Must have sfa stock to offload
must be burning from the wack they copped in the twitter/instagram posts

Puma have also been responsible for some pretty shit execution of the wings design over the years.

From being too small to being cut off by side panels, they certainly haven't always gotten it as right as they are currently.
If they find a way to f*** up a sash they deserve to be berated haha. They wings inconsistencies were more template / collar based.

They seem to have sorted out their issues which is great news for Richmond fans. They definitely know how to do deep, vibrant colours and the side panel issue which cut off the wings was a few years back now.

Definitely an enormous upgrade on BLK and definitely a very good manufacturer. I just don't quite think they deserve the gushing from West Coast supporters that they get given the issues in the past.

Fair point and I agree that the shrinking wings then the clipped wings seems to have happened entirely on Puma's doing and in the case of the clipped wings, that appears to just be pure laziness given in 2 years time it was evident it could have been avoided. But in a 30 odd year relationship they have really only f***ed up 1 out of 3 jumpers for 3 of those years (designs aside). I think also, the quality of their off field apparel is absolute quality. Designs are clean an simple, and the general fit and quality of the stuff they churn out is very reliable (having also owned various other clubs singlets / training shirts and shorts also) and they appear to deteriorate much more quickly than my puma stuff. I think there is probably some bias from west coast supporters / brand loyalty given we have only ever been with them.

The shrinking wings and large eagles head we had to endure is 100% the club's fault. They sign off on the design and gave the all clear for those designs. We can see if the club pays attention and stipulates to Puma what they want to see on the guernsey we get the greatness that is the current wings design.

This.

Puma didn't make the club wear dumb designs/bastardised wings and when the club requested they fix the wings we were left with some of the best jumpers in the AFL.

Clubs sign off on every shitty design in the AFL. Blame them.

Devil's advocate here, but. Was it not the club not caring, but may it have a been the club not caring and Puma, doing what they wanted from a template POV. Again not saying I don't disagree with the above but maybe it was a gradual slight of mind from the club???

You mean in the same sense as Adelaide having coloured blocks instead of hoops because previously there were side panels?

I'm guessing BLK hasn't delivered the Sun's training kits. These look like their generic BLK shirts that the staff wear in the outlet store up here, with a Suns logo heat pressed onto them.
