Honestly anyone saying there's anything 'clear' about the KJ situation is being dishonest. Don't think anyone has the full story. The only thing that is clear is that there's more to the story

Made SOS look like a genius on the other end.The journey last year showed Neil Craig going to the extra effort to motivate KJ.
Sounds like they've just given up on him.
Rodgers is a moron for putting that trade together.
Made SOS look like a genius on the other end.
The Jones and KJ trades were to help Mick get results.
SOS recruited him in the first place and traded him for Ahern who hasn't played a game yet. (yes, there are good reasons Ahern hasn't played)
Firstly I'd suggest he looks at Liam Jones for the inspiration he maybe seeking.
Secondly, why do some people seem to think the match committee has an irrational personal vendetta against Jaksch? Yes, he's played a couple of games where he's kicked four goals, and he's been selected as an emergency accordingly, but there's nobody in the side of his ilk that I can see who should be dropped in his stead.
Clearly there's been more to Jaksch's story than we know, and the evidence suggests that Bolton and co get it right most of the time.
The video ODN posted shows that he is a damned good tap ruckman. Looks like he is everything we hoped Korchek would be.205cm and 109kg!!
FMD he's a beast.
The video also shows he's not that mobile. Gotta make every tap a winner when you move like that, which he's not doing at WAFL level. The video ODN posted shows that he is a damned good tap ruckman. Looks like he is everything we hoped Korchek would be.
Why not just suspend him for a few weeks then. A bit of name and shame would be better than to simply ignore these 'facts' and just allow one to rot.
This season Redpath averages one more possession per game that Casboult, 0.1 more goals and they average the same for clangers. In your dreams maybe, not in reality! My point was that Redpath averages one less contested mark per game but has more possessions, marks, goals and less clangers! He is a great money ball replacement.
This season Redpath averages one more possession per game that Casboult, 0.1 more goals and they average the same for clangers.
Redpath also has a disposal efficiency 15% below Casboult and averages more points and less effective disposals. His extra mark per game is probably offset by the extra 7 effective hit outs per game Casboult gets.
The way I read it, Redpath gets to play almost exclusively as a forward facing a midfield that can hit a target area smaller than required for a phone box while not wrecking himself crashing packs up and down the ground.
Casboult gives Kreuzer a chop out in the ruck and is also often the bail out option for the defence. We are also ranked 17th in the league for inside 50 entries, so chances are more limited in our forward line. If our mids could hit the side of a house from 30 metres or even kick to advantage, he would be dangerous. Casboult plays as the number one forward, Redpath is 3rd on the list for the Dogs, depending on who is rotating through there.
Redpath has it much easier at the reining premiers, he will not get a free ride at the Blues. Not sure how that is going to make him an even better player than he is now. If we need a like for like replacement for Casboult, Redpath is clearly not it.
Carlton have made contact with Rodney Eade.
That's why I'd prefer us to take him as a rookie rather than spending a pick in the national draft. Let's us develop him for 2-3 years and at that time, Kreuzer might be on the verge of retirement. It'd be a win both ways. The video also shows he's not that mobile. Gotta make every tap a winner when you move like that, which he's not doing at WAFL level.
He is very much a project player.
Do you know what kind of role he'd be filling?Carlton have made contact with Rodney Eade.
Neil Craig could be retiring at seasons end.
Carlton have made contact with Rodney Eade.
Clearly you know better than Silvagni, maybe you should become our list manager?Money ball gets thrown around too frivolously. Redpath isn't a money ball pickup, he's been virtually injury free for 2 full seasons and still not impacting in a forward line crying out for a key target.
The money ball team didn't win either.
Carlton have made contact with Rodney Eade.
We don't need any more defenders.Carlton have made contact with Rodney Eade.
We don't need any more defenders.
