Sydney have an academy kid they want - Max King.

They only have pick 32 if they give us 11... they won't be able to match.

Onus should have been on them to work out another deal elsewhere to get the points for that.

Giving 22 back really puts us in a bad spot to match for Dean.

Exactly. It shouldn't be our concern whether they have picks for their academy players. They are the ones trying to get a contracted player.

we need 22 for Dean/Ison. Lose that and it's gonna be a massive struggle imo to match bids.

Especially because, unless we move a player who we haven't really heard about yet tomorrow, it's looking like we're only going to have 3 vacancies come draft day (Gov, White, Lij), which means only holding 3 picks.

Didn't even consider this but yes even more important to keep the higher picks.

If this report is accurate, then I'm happy that the Club is finally standing strong and sticking to its guns. If you want Charlie, youre going to have to really blow us away, if not he stays. I love it.

If this deal falls through and Charlie stays, the amount of booing he will receive next year will be deafening......he will walk into the change rooms and start to cry lol.....no life style here!!!
Charles is going to have to face the music no matter what happens. If he stays, he'll have a long way to go to earn back the respect and adoration of the Blues faithful and his teammates. Will also spend the whole season under scrutiny with the storyline under the surface.

If he goes, he'll be public enemy #1 after the way he's spat in the face of the club and fans.

That's on his manager and on him for the way he's handled this from start to now.

He won't be booed by our supporters at all if he's playing for us, not by any sane supporter anyway. He starts kicking goals, and everyone will love him.

Up to now, we haven't been even close to being blown away.

I am pretty sure there are plenty of the "Keep Fevola Members" who marched up and down Royal Parade back in 2009 on the books who will drown out the Charlie booers come opening bounce (oops throw up).
