We're flush with points for Dean given we have 9 and 11.

Question now will be whether we try to push ahead of the bid whilst retaining enough points for him and Ison, or are we happy for one of those picks to match Dean and the other to be used live. Might depend what kind of premium a club like WC will want to extract to move back.

I think you trade one of them for a future first and change.

Okay, so C4's info was 3 x 1st round picks. He didn't know what picks were going back.

He got it right.

The only part that is questionable is how happy we all are because of what we are giving back.

• Essendon to continue being horrible
• Daicos not winning the Brownlow
• St Kilda’s spending spree to fail
• Sydney to be awful
• and now Tasmania to either fold or be deferred

Next year 2 firsts
2027 2 first.

Which will/has given us a position to get Dean (best defender in draft), third best player in the draft this yeae, Walker next year.

We are getting 3 years of good youth, BEFORE tassie comes in (imagine if we needed this when Tassie had all the picks) & we have 2 first in the year Tassie enters.

All by moving picks & the only really player of note Charlie.

Losing TDK and Charlie are certainly big departures. But bringing in Reidy, Chesser, Florent, Ainsworth, Hayward are nice additions.
