Okay, so turn it around, Hawthorn win the flag, are you saying you'd be over seeing Roughead doing all of the above?
Roughead would have more self respect and self awareness than to put himself in that position.

Don't think Roughead would be front and centre of the celebrations. Going back a few years when Port Adelaide won the flag, Matthew Primus was the skipper and missed the flag due to a knee injury, I did not see him on the Dias or not letting go of the cup

You comparing a ACL with a life threatening diease?

No nothing wrong with Bob taking the main spotlight, he's the heart and soul of the current team.

Whether he would or would not is irrelavent, I'm just saying if it did happen.

No, I'm comparing one mans contribution to the club while not being able to play to another mans contribution to the club while not being able to play.

Cool

Im over the fact of with the new AFL cards i keep getting fremantle players, Like, Im a hawthorn man, Show me some love! I don't want a third Fyfe Shiny. Give me a Hodge or hell, I'ld take a bloody Hartung

Knowing my Luck next one i'll get will be Brad Hill as a cruel joke

Maybe you are underestimating how important Bob Murphy was on and off the field to win this Premiership.

If the playing group are happy with him holding the cup and the coach even gives him his medal, then he probably was a big influence on them winning a Premiership.

Roughead is a 4 time premiership player at a club that has won the most flags in the last 3 or 4 decades. There'd be a love in if roles were reversed, but it's not the same context.

Looks like the Dogs want to honour Bob, so we can't really argue with that. It's their call.

Considering all the excitement, they were bound to give him some sort of recognition.

Now they've won, he's a legend.

It all woulda been different if they'd have lost.

How is the context any different? They both impact their clubs in similar ways whilst not being able to play.

Obviously just a shithouse bloke. Forcing the cameras to focus on him, forcing journos to ask him questions, forcing the club to get him up on stage.
I'd suggest if his club and its supporters don't give a shit, then it's stupid for anyone else to question his self respect or awareness (although we all know the user is only doing it because he's a sad individual obsessed with the dogs)

I know I am shooting bambi here, but honestly I am over hearing and seeing him the last week or so. Yes he is unlucky to have gotten injured but the fact is he did not play on Saturday.

Nearly every main picture of the celebrations has him holding the cup.

Guess your not bothered by the nauseating fapping the media do over Cyril week in week out??

Beyond painful the amount of garbage you have to listen to about this bloke
