Bulldogs
In: Grant, Skipper
Out: Faulkner, Brad Murphy

Crows go small at the same time Dogs go tall.
Considering its been ********ing down here with rain for the last week and will continue to ******** down for the next 4-5 days, I am not against us going smaller but I am surprised that Bock is dropped.

I think we will still come out with a tallish side though as all of Rutten, Bassett, Hart, Perrie, McGregor, Hentschel and Welsh are capable of playing KP. Hentschel, McGregor and Rutten are capable of playing either end so it gives us flexibility.

If we wanted to go shorter we should of dropped Hentshel, very dissapointing news when one of your best performed young players gets dropped out of the blue like that :(

Stiffy has it right. Apparently ********in' down in Adelaide ,so we are going short . It also gives youngsters Van Berlo and Knights a go. Bad luck for Bock who has been doing very well.
Maybe Hentshel to CHB?

Bassett, McGregor, Hart and Rutten all play tall in the backline with torney, mattenr and doughty taking the smaller bulldog forwards.

Up forward, Welsh, Perrie, Hentschel are all making options as well as Thompson who plays well on a lead..

i dont think we are going in small, bulldogs are a quick running team, thats why they have kept knights and van berlo in..

Strange isnt it we drop Bock who has been in great form for a player who is hot and cold in welsh but yet we still leave hentshel in who hasnt performed aswell as Bocky. This would have to be mind games going on here. Not only are we getting rid of our chb that is in form it means if mcgregor goes back it will screw up our forward line.

Isn't it a bit early for the official teams?

 Hentschel??????

Bock hasn't been that great in the last couple of games. He got molested by Pavlich and Croad also beat him on the weekend.

Hentschel played a better game against Hawks than Bock so I got no idea what your criteria for dropping Hentschel would be

its 2.14 in the afternoon - I will not believe this until I hear it from the club

It would be a stupid move IMO - sends the wrong message to Bock

its odd six months ago I wouldn't be sticking up for Bock

surely there is an injury because who drops and inform player ? regardless of the bloody weather

I am gathering that NC wants to keep his minimum three game rule for the rookie but really...

Who will he play on? R.Murphy? Robbins? Johnson? Because all our injuries are to KPP's, we currently have a midget forward line. He would literally have no proper match-up, especially if it rains. Doubt there's anything sinister in it.

He's not exactly a stay at home stopper though, like Rutten he creates plenty of run and drive from the backlines. Can also play forward so it's not as if we couldn't find a place on the bench for him at least - especially given our interchange for the past few weeks has consisted mainly of smalls anyway.

This will blow his confidence to the shizenhousen.
