I taped it last night. I figured with all the ad's that commercial tv has that i would be able to watch the whole thing in the ads of the pre game preview. Either that or ill just go up the pub. I really have no idea what im doing tomorrow yet>
Stupid sydney just doesnt get into the spirit of it, ive got all my geelong gear on at work and they are looking at me like a leper. Its very tempting to sneak off to the early opener up the road

Footy Show: "Bomber, why didn't you swap like-for-like with Chapman?"
Bomber looks down and away from the camera for a few seconds and scratches his head
Bomber: "Hmmm, why didn't we swap like-for-like ... well, you know, Chappy's just a really good player ..."

That's pretty much exactly what he said! I was like 'Sooo, your saying Wojcinski is not a good player?'
He didn't talk about why it was him that missed out and none of the others which is what annoyed me, he kind of just dwelled on Chappy's ability, which no one is disputing.. I mean, I am sure they have a valid reason and spoke about it in depth before making a decision.. but I just wanted to know why specifically it was Wojak that got the boot.

In the end all that matters is Wojcinski understands why he was dropped.
Despite what Bomber did or didn't say, I think this has, and will be, regarded as the fairest thing that could have been done in the circumstances.
He's played the least amount of footy for those in the direct firing line. Last in first out. Tough but fair.

Yeah ive been here for 3 years. No fun at all. I really have to get organised better and make sure i have holidays all GF week so i can at least be in melbourne for all the pre game even if i cant afford a ticket!.

I think he was caught by someone actually asking him a decent question on the Footy Show. He did mumble away a bit eventually saying that with the players abilities to rotate to different positions that Wojak was less important to the structure than Chapman was. Considering Wojak has missed many games and how bad our forward line was last week we need Chappy up there

Yeah you're right, was probably just caught off guard and I do now remember him saying that we do have players who can play a similar role to wojak.
