Brodie will likely fill that need too, but i really like the idea of Crouch as well

Oh yeah, he is, but I reckon he's the only one we've got in the 20s age bracket. At least crouch would be a younger type. Brodie would probably fit the bill if we couldn't get a deal done anyway, so we'll get that type regardless.

Cannot see Crouch leaving a premiership contending side for the bottom side, but stranger things have happened (well maybe not actually) so if it did you'd think Essendon would be trading their pick one for two first rounders and then giving Adelaide the highest first and probably something else as well

Crouch is worth around pick 10, at his best he is bloody awesome, having a off year currently but he has shown he can play seriously good football.
Anyone who wants him for a late 1st rounder is because they want a bargain for their own team, by ripping off the Crows.

Crows need to harden the f**k up with their trading and don't allow other teams to walk all over them.

It's not low but he's 22 and has shown the potential to be an absolute star, and probably would be without the injuries over the last 2 years. You'd think the dogs first will be at the worst 12, but really could be as high as 15 or 16 which is way unders anyway. Doubt he'll want to go to Essendon that much that Adelaide will only be able to deal with them as well. Still think he stays.
