Exactly. People are talking about a second rounder for him… uh we were rapt to be able to pick him in 2014 for *checks notes* a second rounder. And then he made it at AFL level. And then he became one of the best young medium defenders in the game.

Wouldn’t trade Maynard, but I’d have his value at around pick 10. The dees are unlikely to hold that in ‘22, but chucking 33 or 38 into the pot with their ‘22 first probably gets them close enough to his value.

I wouldn’t do the trade though.

Hopefully it's the beginning of the end for all the rumours and back biting. There's no excuses to keep it up, Bucks is gone and it's time to move on.

Rumours of players moving can't really be totally ignored. Nor can you say that rumours only occurred because Bucks was in charge and will disappear once he is gone. People don't make up rumours and promote them. Rumours occur and people report them no matter who is coaching the team. Hopefully Maynard is going nowhere.
