When Bruz elevates to smother his line is within Brayshaws right leg / boot.

Bruz does not deviate from that line (can't as he is in the air)

Brayshaw deviates about 15 degrees to the right causing the shoulder to head contact.

The video clearly shows that and imho opinion its the grounds most likely to lead to a not guilty

AFL's case is so poor. They should have 'foreseen' this line of argument and, at least, explored whether this right-draw is part of Brayshaw's natural post-kick arc. Unless the reality contradicts this, they should/could have presented this evidence
