Brendan Fevola reveals he wants more children with wife Alex

Little Lulu - not Angel, as was reported - was born in Melbourne on December 21, weighing 3.26kg.

"But there's still one more goal I'd like to achieve: more kids! And you never know, perhaps a boy next time."

Re: Brendan Fevola

Let's hope it's another girl so Carlton don't get a f/s pick. :thumbsu:

Let's hope he plays 100 games for us, & his son tells Carlton to get ........

Re: Brendan Fevola

Watching Carlton's picks in the past, maybe Lulu is a chance:p

Brendan Fevola will be in Kevin Sheedy's Supercoach Team

A WISE man once said: watch out for players with a point to prove. That's why I'm looking very closely at Brendan Fevola, Luke Ball and Lance Franklin for my SuperCoach team this year.

Don't buy a ticket in Tattslotto, Vossy. You have already won it. I can't see how Fev and Jonathan Brown won't lift each other to greater heights. Fevola will have better midfielders to get it to him, and I can see him kicking plenty of goals and pushing further up the ground at times too. So get on him and the Brisbane boys because they are primed.

Kevin Sheedy tips Brisbane Lions for AFL Premiership
Andrew Hamilton

KEVIN Sheedy says Brisbane hit the jackpot when Brendan Fevola went on his Brownlow Medal rampage and the legendary coach has advised punters to get on the Lions for this year's premiership.
Sportingbet Australia's Bill Richmond said the Lions were the most heavily backed club in the competition and revealed he could not recall an instance where a single player trade had such an impact - with Brisbane rocketing from the fringes to be genuine premiership contenders.

Sheedy also talks highly of how well Brown and Fevola worked together in the Hall of Fame Tribute Match.

And here is another article:

Brendan Fevola and Jonathan Brown a Lethal Combination

BEER and a microphone might turn out to be the secret formula for an AFL premiership for Brisbane this year. After all, that's all it took for Brendan Fevola to get kicked out of Carlton. Gubby Allan is a super recruiter for the Lions but this was the luckiest thing that ever happened to him.

From a SuperCoach perspective, I can't see how Jon Brown and Brendan Fevola won't drive each other to greater heights. When they played together in the Victorian team under Mark Thompson they just took the team out and went out and organised the forward line. They were superb. Chris Judd was running around in the midfield that day but now it will be Simon Black kicking it to them. No difference.

Re: Brendan Fevola

That beauty has been deployed on Bay13. Thanks Sheeds. :D
You guys on Bay 13 are a crackup. :thumbsu:

It will be interesting to see if Fev gets jeers round 14 and his reaction to it if he does. It's going to be an interesting season. Can't wait for it to start.

Fevola eyes future life as a policeman
JIM MORTON
February 4, 2010 - 3:14PM

Brendan Fevola will wear the Brisbane Lions colours for the first time on Valentines Day, but has revealed he would love to be in blue again - as a policeman. The former Carlton star on Thursday told grade six students at Cooroy State School on Queensland's Sunshine Coast of a long-time desire to work in the police force.

One student was struck by his likeness to another big, polarising footballer and asked: "Hey, do you know you look just like ... ". Before he could utter the name, Fevola said "Willie Mason. Yeah, I get that a bit up here. "But Big Willie's is a bit bigger and a bit uglier than me," he said with a smile.

In terms of selling Fevola to the fans and potential supporters, Brisbane can tick this exercise off as a smash hit, even if the Cooroy staff room harboured a number of closet Daniel Bradshaw fans who remained to be convinced of Fevola's worth at the Lions.
