The winner of this match will progress through to the 2012 NEAFL Northern Conference Grand final, the loser will play the winner of the Southport Vs Redland match in the preliminary final on Sunday 9th September

Just lifted this off the NEAFL page so the B&F on the Friday not so bad now.

6 pm listed time which I expect would be their local time, so we need to adjust to eastern seaboard time.

They are playing at Palmerston, which I thought was because the Thunders home ground was still under repair? Have Imread that wrongly. I was hoping they would play at TIO which is a great venue.

I think i remember reading that TIO was getting resurfaced so it was unavailable, so they had to use a venue which had lights and i think the only other venue that has lights is the recently upgraded Palmerston oval.

Docherty, Bartlett and Buchanan were everywhere, and Cornelius took a couple of nice grabs too.

Really hope that either of Dochert or Bartlett can get a game. Wouldn't be surprised to see Buchanan and Stiller come in too, but if they do, wait for the Facebook fans to create a huge uproar.

I had temporarily forgotten that commentator. Perhaps he is wrapped up in that whole fb like crazy business. I see an example of the likes of Haso has been made public. Cudos friend, I doff thy cap.

Don't think the reserves games get that level of tourism plugging. According to today's paper Jared Polec will be heading up with them but Sheldon won't (Not Hammo)

For those watching. Keep an eye on NT's ruckman Tyrell. If Hudson hadn't of come back to QLD last year he could well of been on our list.

Could be part of our contingency plan if Hudson doesn't go around again.

Jack Crisp tweeted that he was on the way to NT, and I'm not 100% sure, but the picture Brisbanelions tweeted looks as if Yeo is standing next to McKeever.

If true, it should be out of Docherty, Buchanan & Hawksley for the remaining two spots in the senior team.

Dear NEAFL Website.

That website is just a massive love letter to the Eastern Conference and a big "up yours" to the Northern Conference.

The Eastern has live streaming every week, a weekly panel show, timely news updates...

We can't even get the Northern conference teams at a reasonable time.
