Can't remember when but there was a passage of play where Prior (Back pocket) shanked a kick to Rich (Half back), resulting in a turnover because A) Prior's kick was crap and B) Rich was too slow to cover his mistake.

So no, he wasn't covering Rich, he was just as shocking.

Absolutely was sitting directly behind prior when he kicked it , yes not best kick , but because it wasn't going to hit Rich on the chest he just give up on it, could've got to it easy.

It was a poor kick but rich made it look as bad as possible.
