Means Roughead can't ruck, and we have two ruckmen for the first time in eons.
Could be an advantage, and Hawthorn have a small back line. We could stretch them by resting a ruck up forward. They're both ok forward, particularly Zac.

Won't make a huge difference I think. we'll be out positioned, they'll still chip around us and we won't provide any pressure on their players constantly marking the ball. The goals will come from their half-fwds & mids.

Doesnt matter whos playin or not playing for them its the way we are playing an the lack of pressure an intensity at the contests that depends on if we have a chance or not.

Its 4-4 over the last 4 years when he hasn't played. 2 of those losses were early last year, when we that bad it wouldn't have made a difference

Yep our losses more than balance out Buddy's absence. Hawthorn's midfield talent will prove the difference in the end, a lot of talent there compared to us.

Well, I guess I now know what can happen when Cyril plays deep forward. I think you guys were a bit tall heavy today... drop MJ and one of your rucks and bring in Barlow and Morabito and you guys would have been even harder to beat.

Having said that I think you were lucky to be only a couple of points down early with 2 easy misses to Lisle and one from someone else cant remember who.

If Lisle had kicked straight we'd have been goners by half time. He's going to be a really good potential third tall for the Hawthorn FC, if they de-list him I hope we go for him...
