It seems to me we have an unusually high number of young players with thin frames.
Going through the list, I'd argue that the following young players are all cursed with a relatively thin frame:
Dick
Egan
Goldsack
Maxwell
Reid
Thomas
Wellingham
Now, a guy like Maxwell was able to put on enough weight to make it a non-issue, and I think Goldsack is getting there, but the others are questionable.
The question is - should Hine have placed a higher emphasis on getting more...let's call them "widebodied" players? Particularly as we already had some senior guys who struggle with strength like Fraser, Johnson etc..?
