Coach by title but not by output. My main issue is the fact it’s yet another coach going . Imo he will probably be replaced at the end of the year. Then we start again .
Hawaii is one of the most expensive places in the worldMate his in Hawaii with no chance coming back to Australia but you be delighted to know still getting $$$$ from the NMFC .
Now with Walsh if he gets his way then things may change mind you he did say Cam Joyce was a good operator in the past so who knows.

LolCorrect.
When we lost next week, he’s 5-1-31.
Which is also close to our score each week.
Normally stolen stuff is cheaper too.Hawaii is one of the most expensive places in the world
Zurhaar loved playing when Shaw coached. The bubble f*ked everything unfortunatelyShaw releasing the shackles after Scott was moved on got us playing exciting footy and we went on to beat very good sides that same year. Now obviously Shaw wasn’t the right long term option, but his work as the interim got us playing different footy. Or we could just go on doing the same and be belted by 10 goals every week… how exciting.
Only 28 try 51 here.......However l will still let Noble continue to seasons end...Make my weekend and sack Noble tonight.

So who replaces him ?And will it be any different?

POTYA "proper rebuild" doesn't involve rapid regression and clear internal decay like this. The best rebuilds are the ones you barely notice, not the manifest failures who spent a decade or more mired in the bottom rungs of the ladder churning through endless recalibrations before they finally found a way out.
Yes, it would be silly to pin all our woes on the coach. Yes, stability is valuable in a rebuild. Yes, when development is the priority short-term results don't always matter as much as long-term gains. But right now, the only stability we've got is being so consistently bad that we're on the longest streak in VFL/AFL history of defeats by 40+ points; right now, our 'development' is the active atrophy of players we know full well are capable of more than what we're currently getting out of them; right now, the things that are clearly the responsibility of the senior coach are obviously not working, including a gameplan that sees us carved up on the turnover but basically never able to capitalise ourselves, and a strategy with seemingly no options beyond kicking long to contests. In every possible way, we are worse off than we were 12 months ago, and backsliding more every day; there's nothing impatient about expecting a modicum of evidence that things are turning around, and looking to make significant changes when it's clear that's not happening.
The thought of a 4th coach in 4yrs really s**ts me….
but then again - I thought Carton were wrong to sack another coach last year but it’s made a massive difference there. So… wtf would I know.
It’s just incredibly disappointing all round![]()
Thats actually a dam good way of looking at itIt would actually be 4 coaches in 12 years.

No need to be dancing on DN's grave now - we all (including DN) know the jig is up - even if it's not announced this week - there is no turning back from what we have seen today and over the past 3 months.media conference was 3 questions. sounded like the same reporter. same hollow answers. quote "we didnt stick to our structures". ?

I hear you Mastermind I am trying to be very controlled and conservative with my emotions after watching our Once Great Club go down our current track. If I let my emotions get to me I will go from thisAre you saying that nobody could do any better than what we saw today?
You'd reckon the past 10 games there was have been ONE game that as a group they'd say "Stuff this. We're going to come off today and whatever the scoreboard says, the other mob are going to be bloody sore." I thought that coming off the be bye against a very ordinary opponent. It would be today. But no. Same s**t.
There are a million things wrong at all levels of the club, but the most obvious one is that the coach has lost the group. The what-if-the-next-bloke-isn't-any-better argument is silly. That's like finishing off a s**t sandwich for lunch because there's a chance you might be having Caro's knickers for dinner. We KNOW Noble isn't up to it.
Replacing him isn't punishing him or cutting off our nose to spite our face. It's the result of him not being capable of doing what he's employed to do. Pretty simple really.
and it would not be pretty. I would probably be banned.Been plenty said on our coaching dilemma but this takes the cake! The what-if-the-next-bloke-isn't-any-better argument is silly. That's like finishing off a s**t sandwich for lunch because there's a chance you might be having Caro's knickers for dinner.

Trust me Roos has $$$ plus his misses has $$$ as well from business interestsHawaii is one of the most expensive places in the world
The problem with a rebuild is that they take 5 years. And this board has been crying out for a proper rebuild for over 20 years. But as soon as you get what you cry for you can’t accept it and ask for the coach to be sacked, CEO to be replaced, etc.
This board has no patience and was never ever going to accept a proper rebuild. Don’t tell me I didn’t tell you so.
Sacking Noble means we have a 4th senior coach in 3 years. This causes disharmony and is very confusing and a poor look for the club. How can we retain young talent or tell player managers North is the club to play for.
Noble won’t be sacked and rightfully will continue to coach the club for the rest of 2022. Get over it.
