This has never come up before, but I am going to make a ruling that the names of folded/renamed teams are unavailable for use by anyone for 1 season, just in case the owner wants to return or revert to their old name after a season hiatus/break.

Also in the NAFL, but both are totally different. You're getting your plagiarism the wrong way around Dylan. You're supposed to take an existing look and change the name.

But that’s what American kits are. There is so much uniformity from team to team, and it’s our job to do the best to replicate that.

Debate about this has happened before. The design restrictions are not that much worse than any other competition.

I'd argue they're no worse than anything else these days, and every uniform rule can be traced back to a uniform rule from the big 4 US sports.

The only thing i'd personally loosen up next season is giving teams the ability to put the player name above the number if they choose to do so.
