I personally reckon we can but it won't be easy. Definately need to pick up workrate and more than anything need to be accountable and smart. Easy goals on the rebound by the opposition have destroyed us in recent weeks and with a class forward like Lloyd we will defintely need to crack down in this area. Also need to play smarter with our ball movement into the forward line. Then when we have our chances, make the most of them and KICK STRAIGHT!!!

The boys are capable (didn't finish 5th for nothing) just need to get back to play of first 18 weeks.

Whaddya reckon?

Catch ya.

Klynt.

Of course the Dees can win this week just need to get our run back and be hard at the ball. And hopefully Neitz and Thompson will be back this week and it would be nice to knock out ESS and maybe set up a showdown with Geel.

I think we will win.

However.

The game will be won in the first quarter. If we can actually kick straight for once, we should cruise home to victory. But if the siren for quarter time blows and we are 3.8, I will be furious and it could ultimately cost us our season.

Bloody inaccuracy.

Hardness at the ball, kicking straight and efficient play are our keys to winning...and ensuring Hird does not have a significant influence on the game.

yeah i agree with all your posts. Lloyd is hard to stop for us as we don't have a good enough defender to take him. Bruce and hird can sometimes null each other out, but hird is still too classy for bruce. If we can get our running game going and use the ball effectively and efficiently i think we can get up. But Bombers are a great side during finals. There are always a threat.
