Steele would be my first choice but I'd also be fine with Howe,Treloar, Adams in no particular order

The answer depends on when Pendles hands it over. If it was tomorrow, somebody older like Steele might get the gig. Two years down the track perhaps Adams or Grundy.

Its really an unimportant question though. Leadership is in a good space and theres plenty of options
