Anyone else think Mr.Bouris was pointing in Pauline's direction when he said 'you're fired' before they finished the credits? I sure thought he was.

Poor editing and they did it on the first ep too, as they cut to the break before they actaully announced who won the first challenge, they showed Mr Bouris looking the guys way and saying "someone will be fired"

Funny quote at the end where she said that she could never work with people and will always be self employed.

She's not self employed, she lives off her mothers fortune.
That's why she mention's her mother about 10 time through the series.

Without that she would be nothing, living on the streets because she certainly hasn't got people skills and she hasn't had much of a music career anyway.

Props to Bouris for firing Deni even though she raised the most money.
Clearly her team didn't want her anymore and I think the right decision was made.

As for her special experience; I'd bet that Morrison WITHOUT Deni would've raised comparable dollars; I know people who've paid more than that to have him perform at events and functions - she probably dragged the value down.

On the decision last night - I completely understood it. Dell was the PM and let's be honest, he did nothing. Absolutely zilch. Nada.. My own self-interest wanted to see the back of Pauline, (fk she's a whining bitch), But I think Mr.Bouris probably made the right call - at least based on that last challenge alone.

I like Dell - maybe not as much as Dell himself - but I agree with him going last night, being the Project Manager you've got to be the leader, delegate, make decisions and stand by them. Dell all but deferred his duties to Jason so it was a fair decision that he left as he was ineffectual as a leader.
