Richo is a lock, its a richo love fest in recent history (with good reason!) he'll get a deserved guernsey.

I think Lids is closer than most people are giving him credit for. definitely in the top 30 going round

top 15 in the league in , total disposals, inside50's, goal assists, is not far off top 20 in hardball gets, very low clanger count and has more than a goal a game from midfield what is it 24? bloody great season!

I don't need to argue. Hawks have the second lowest points against in the league at the moment. Only behind Geelong. So I really do not see what angle you are taking.

I don't disagree the Hawks haven't been bad this year, but it is hardly the defence that has done it all, the Cluster has fooled many a team this year, one of the many reasons why the Hawks defence gets a chop out.

You say Croad isnot good enough for the modern game. Ignoring the fact he would be odds on to make AA this year you are on your own with your opinion on him.

I didn't say Croad isn't good enough for the modern game, I just believe the game has gone past him, he has had many injuries in the past few years and he is starting to come to the twilight of his career.

Brown is a very versatile player and has the ability to be very good on tall forwards even though he is shorter then most. So you say he is too small to man the big men? He has taken a lot of big names down so you saying his height works against him too make is unfound.

Brown was versatile last year, when teams hadn't figured him out, now teams are starting to realise that if you kick it high he has no chance of spoiling the ball, that is why Clarkson has pushed him forward, thought it was pretty obvious.

Birch is one of the best in the league at CHB. You are well and truely off the mark with him.

You must have some long hatred for Hawks with this attack because you swinging in the dark with alot of what you are saying. Maybe you should concentrate on the troubles at Richmond then worry about Hawks who are going pretty well.

I don't mind having a convo about the Hawkers, I am allowed my opinion, Richmond beat the Hawks only 2 weeks ago, can't be too much wrong if we are beating a team with the 2nd lowest points against in the league behind Geelong.

I'm almost certain I really can't be bothered chasing down the exact stat.

The hawks are the worst or second worst side in the competition from conceeding goals once sides go inside 50.

That tells you that ;

Your low scores are the contribution of a midfield cluster/flood/zone call it what you want.

Your back half leeks horribly... Defenders can only really be judged when there is midfield pressure , hawks apply tremendous midfield pressure. So my comment still stands. The hawks could do with more players of moors ilk.
