Did anyone catch what Hird and Healy said after the North V Melbourne game.
They went to the Collingwood V WB game and Healy said "No Didak".
Getting tired of these rumours. Just wish the club would come out and say what was going on. Either to dismiss these rumours or confirm.

Yeh saw that, they wouldnt know more than we do, i think he will play, triple M said yesterday he looked fine walking around.

This part is why I think Goldsack will be retained. I'm pretty surprised there is such a push for him to go out to be honest.

Goldsack out I hope! I do not trust him at all when he is near the ball lately.

I saw it, and they have absolutely nothing to base it on. I have heard Doc Larkins say he will play, and the opinion I trust most was when Scott Cummings (a former teammate of Didak's) said on 3AW yesterday that he spoke to him personally and saw the shoulder himself and quashed the rumour and said that he will definitely play. It seems to me that there are people that do not want him to play, and that is how the rumour started.

In:

L.Brown, B.Johnson, A.Didak, P.Medhurst

If Presti comes up then N.Brown goes out.

FWIW - Davis and Meddy play as both have played well vs Bulldogs in recent past.

It's between Goldsack and Blair IMO. Sidebottom will survuve because he is so important to our structure and the pressuring role the forwards play.

Goldsack has good from behind him when it comes to playing the Doggies, and can play on a range of players. However I'm not sold on him under pressure, he is prone to the odd brain fade with his decision making (that torp against Adelaide is the perfect example). On that basis I'd go with Blair. He is the perfect 'finals-type' player, hard at it and when the ball is in dispute you know your going to get a contest from him. He has been pooping up with goals and when the game is hot, I have more faith in Blair then Goldy.

Saying that Goldy is an able replacement if any defenders go down.

Assuming all are fit the 4 ins are obvious. There are 3 obvious outs in Fraser, Brown and McCarthy. Then it gets hard. Davis' year and finals record should mean he goes but I think he'll stay. Blair deserves a shot at a final. I'd like to play Goldsack but he will probably be the 4th out. Jesus I hope Davis has a solid game!
