From memory i think Wines misses the following game from when he has the heart rhythm episodes and therefore

Out: Ratkins Wines Moraes (should be rested or sub)
In: Richards Berry

Rozee probably goes back to mid to cover Wines
This would be the worst case scenario, if we put Rozee back into midfield. Might get away with it against Norf but it just wouldn't make sense. I really don't understand why Boak won't go into centre bounce. Because he's also not a winger or a half forward

What are people seeing with Lai that I have missed? Averaging less than 15 possessions and where would he fit into the side exactly?
Attributes that flow into AFL, bigger body, strong mark and fast.

I'd keep the younger lads in, Moraes and Cochrane but maybe give them a few days off training during the week to freshen up and recover a bit of strength.

Is bringing Berry straight back after one game in the SANFL the right move? I wouldn't mind seeing him back it up with another good performance, make sure he gets his confidence back before we play him again?

If he plays Cochrane to kick 5 and net himself a rising star nod.
Tommy should stay because he’s playing the toughest position on the ground to stay in the game in and he’s not learning what he needs to know in the SANFL.

All of Tom’s possessions looked quality even if they didn’t come off. He makes good decisions.

His shot for goal on the boundary I didn’t doubt was going through.

He’s a quality long term player with athletic ability no likely replacement has.

Just leave him a few games.

Berry i would put in this week, i the hope he converts a set shot which he hasnt been able to do as of yet. Bassicaly just play him with the hope of having his breakout game, increase his confidence.

Something like 15 touches, 2 goals, 5+ score involvements and good kicking efficency

It's not as simple as that - he could have left his man to go chase, doesn't mean it was his man
I know. With the footage from the game, I couldn't tell.

I could've looked closer at matchups when the ball is loose down back but it's not worth it.

If we tagged Blakey and he didn't have those runs in the first half, the Swans would've been lucky to get 10 points or so for the half. Heeney kicked a roving goal from the boundary which was quietly spectacular and a Haywood mark and goal that I have a feeling Bergman would normally have contested or marked himself if he was a bit iffy with an injury.

So first half awesome.
