We just have to play the kids, it's the only thing we can get out of this farce of a season. We have no prospect of finishing outside the bottom few. We have no draft picks. The entire game style will be thrown out at the end of the season. The only thing we can do is give opportunities to young players and see who shines when given the chance. On the evidence he would be better off doing his preseasons and gameplan preparation at Norwood.

Ken has always struggled getting players to back up. And I have no idea why.

Dare it say it but Dan Houston was pretty consistent. All Australian two years in a row.

The most important aspect of this match is seeing Rozee work his butt off for the entire game.

If I see another poor effort, I just don't know. It could actually be the lowest ebb of the Hinkley reign, that even the captain can't be f'ed.

It's completely and utterly foreign to me as a Port Adelaide Football Club supporter.

Burgoyne our best one on one, was bog at half back in last yrs prelim. Evans sad but obvious, probably give Cochrane the start and Berry the sub, to see what he can do. I would try to do what others coaches have been doing against us and push an extra into the middle for stoppages, probably stick Boak as an extra in there. Also tag Newcombe with Drew, he needs a job to focus him and Newcombe was one of there bests last time.

I think that's fair enough. I hope Cochrane gets to start the game. We owe it to Dougie
