Agree it's harder, but needs to take his opportunities.Very different to starting on the ground and working yourself into the game
It’s a rubbish decision
I've got no doubt he will be back in at some point, and will be better for it.

We had the most functioning forward line we've had all year. It was the best leading forward set up since Schulz retired. I'd surf this forward set up to the sand dunes.I really don't like the two ruck set up because sure it allows Georgiades to have more space in the forward line but its not sustainable. Therefore, as much it people don't like it, one of Finlayson or Lord have to be in the team to help Georgiades out because Sweet nor Visentini are not forwards.
All you have to remember is the match against Essendon where he dominated early and kicked 2 goals and 2 behinds and missed one completely and because he was the lone target up forward, Port had no one to kick it to and he gassed out by the end.

We could pick the bits of mouldy sotos flake that have fallen down the back of hinkleys desk and it would perform as well as Mead.Let's face it, you could pick any 2 of Mead, Lorenz, Berry and Jackson and they'll provide pretty similar output overall, it's not worth getting worked up about.
No way Hinkley would order the flake (gummy shark), too exotic. He'd be a butterfish man.We could pick the bits of mouldy sotos flake that have fallen down the back of hinkleys desk and it would perform as well as Mead.
He has been very average but Finlayson still offers more up forward than Sweet. Even in the game against GWS where he was subbed he had 6 marks up until that point. Thats 3 more than Sweet last week. I’d be using Finlayson and having him play higher up leaving Georgiades one on one deep with space to lead into like last week.So Luko and Marshall aren’t available.
Finlayson has his issues. Lord has shown nothing.
We need a key forward who can pinch hit in the ruck. We’ve seen how Mitch struggles when he is the sole forward - Soldo getting sub against Essendon saw McKay have a field day in the final quarter (yes I appreciate soldo was terrible in that game).
Visentini is our best performed ruck to date. But he is still young and building the fitness to run out game after game after game.
Sweet has the fitness but not the craft. Soldo is coming back from injury.
Not sure Whitlock can ruck (yet) and is young, Ramm has just got to the list.
So what other option do we have apart from playing sweet and Visentini? And shouldn’t they get better the more they play together? And the more they feature in the forward line should mean less getting in Mitch’s way. Doesn’t it allow for Vis to get AFL game time and experience, as a ruck and forward, without grinding him down? Doesn’t it allow for Sweet to develop his round the ground work and forward craft, ie his weak areas, at AFL level? Is there much point in these guys playing in the SANFL? Does the SANFL allow either to address their issues or develop?
So what other option do we have?
Definitely but Mead is hovering and the other three with a good run could really blossom into real footballers.Let's face it, you could pick any 2 of Mead, Lorenz, Berry and Jackson and they'll provide pretty similar output overall, it's not worth getting worked up about.
Hmm not sure about that. The flake at Soto's is SA caught, whereas the butterfish is imported, probably Basa from SE Asia.No way Hinkley would order the flake (gummy shark), too exotic. He'd be a butterfish man.
Look, they're clearly picking him to troll BlackWing.this... i dont get the liddy thing right now. might be a great player but he isnt yet.
if i was jackson or lorenz id leave at years end
Yes, righto Goldy, keep telling yourself that.Tyson Goldsack "Sweet is a better aerial target".![]()
They were discussing who had the better forward craft out of Sweet and Visentini. Sorry Ross. Should have included in my original post.Lord legit does nothing, Finlayson hides behind his man.
All depends on whether JHF has been intentionally not moving his arm or not. Cause the training footage of him has been clear he wouldn't play.Anyone thinking a late change, or go in as named ?
Butterfish sold in SA is usually locally caught mulloway.Hmm not sure about that. The flake at Soto's is SA caught, whereas the butterfish is imported, probably Basa from SE Asia.
There's probably a joke in there about selling false promises though
We need someone in the guts to replace Wines, hope it’s not Rozee. All depends on whether JHF has been intentionally not moving his arm or not. Cause the training footage of him has been clear he wouldn't play.
*edit, news footage shows him bumping his shoulder and being tackled. Obviously going to be sore, but looks like he'll play. Lets hope its not a stupid call. Maybe play him up forward again?
