Elbowing someone in the back of the skull can't just be brushed off as "old rivalry". It's a filthy dangerous act, look at what happened to Gaff last year getting hit in the same spot. Laughable that he got off, he deserved 2 weeks.

The head is not sacrosanct at all, there are 20-30 head high tackles every single AFL match that are not penalised.
